MOSCOW, Apr 22 (PRIME) -- Anatoly Chubais, former CEO of Russian state nanotechnology company Rusnano and former special representative of President Vladimir Putin, has left the board of directors of multi-industry holding Sistema and its portfolio company Elektrozavod on his own volition, Sistema said in a statement late on Thursday.
Chubais had been a member of the board of directors of Sistema since June 2020 and of Elektrozavod since March 2021.
In mid-March, Western media reported that Chubais had left the position of a special presidential representative and fled Russia over his disagreement with the military operation in Ukraine.
